Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without the need for justification. As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
